Lauren Banyar Reich

For over a dozen years, Lauren Banyar Reich has been helping luxury and lifestyle consumer brands, sophisticated non-profits and business thought leaders tell their stories to key audiences and influencers. In January 2015 Lauren founded LBR PR, a boutique agency that combines high-touch service and impactful results with a transparency and authenticity that is unique to the PR world.
With this distinctive approach to public relations and strategic communications, Lauren has helped her clients heighten brand awareness, increase donations, drive website traffic, grow market share, sell products and services and develop thought leadership platforms. Her expertise spans positioning, traditional publicity, social media planning and execution, content strategy and development, influencer outreach, celebrity endorsements, partnerships, product launches, managing event logistics and booking speaking opportunities.
Previously, Lauren served as the lead luxury specialist within the agency’s consumer group, JGA Peppercomm. Before Janine Gordon Associates (JGA) was acquired by Peppercomm in September 2013, Lauren managed the agency day-to-day as Vice President and Director for five years. Lauren also spent four years at Jane Wesman Public Relations, a respected book publicity agency, and began her career wrangling celebrity talent and managing production for major fundraising events. Lauren is a graduate of the University of Maryland’s School of Journalism. She currently lives in New Jersey with her husband and two rambunctious sons.

Heather Lovett, Director

With over a decade of experience, Heather is responsible for developing communications strategies to help expand client visibility and advance business initiatives. She specializes in media relations with a focus on consumer, lifestyle and luxury brands, and has secured placements in top-tier press including the Associated Press, GMA, NBC News, The New York Times, Robb Report, The Wall Street Journal and more. Prior to joining LBR PR, Heather worked in-house for consumer/lifestyle brands and was on the media team at FleishmanHillard.

Kayla White, Account Coordinator

Kayla is an account coordinator with LBR PR. A rising senior at St. John’s University in Queens, she is studying communications with a minor in public relations. Prior to joining LBR PR, Kayla has completed internships at Function of Beauty, GENYOUth, and Her Campus. With a passion for music and film, she hopes to continue her career in PR within the entertainment industry.

Christie High, Senior Media Specialist

Christie’s in-depth understanding of the media landscape is a direct result of her journalism background. At LBR PR, Christie helps to direct strategic partnerships, conducts media outreach, and manages social media initiatives and events. Her diverse account management base has included clients in the health and wellness space, luxury lifestyle brands, art and non-profit organizations, and publishing companies. Prior to joining LBR PR, Christie worked on lifestyle and publishing accounts at both boutique and mid-size New York PR firms.

Lori Rogers, Senior Media Specialist

With over a decade of experience, Lori specializes in developing and executing successful PR campaigns, planning publicity and special events and media relations with a focus on consumer and lifestyle brands. Lori has secured placements in top-tier press including The Today Show, MSNBC, CNBC, U.S. News & World Report and more. Prior to joining LBR PR, Lori has worked for several PR agencies. She began her career in broadcast Journalism at CNN.

Ashley Emala, CFO

Ashley is responsible for the bookkeeping and accounting functions for LBR PR. Earlier in her career, Ashley worked in Audit and Advisory Services at KPMG and subsequently in Corporate Financial Reporting at Lafarge North America. She has also held various financial positions on staff and at the Board level with several charities and nonprofits both in the United States and abroad.
